1. What we collect

• Minecraft username and UUID, to deliver your purchase to the right account.
• Order data: package, price, time, payment status and transaction id.
• Email address, if you give one at checkout, to send your receipt.
• Technical data such as your IP address, logged by our store and payment providers to prevent fraud and run the service.

2. Why we use it

To fulfil your order, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the records tax law requires.

3. Who processes it

The store runs on CraftingStore, which processes orders for us. Payments are processed by the provider you choose at checkout (for example PayPal, Stripe or Mollie); we never receive your card or bank details. Delivered purchases are stored in the game database on our own server. We do not sell your data and use no advertising trackers.

4. How long

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Game data is kept while your account is active.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or export of your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us on Discord (link in game) and send your Minecraft username so we can find your records.

6. Cookies

The store only uses the cookies it needs to keep your basket and session.
