1. Who we are

FoldGrove is a Minecraft server and this web store (shop.foldgrove.com), operated as stated in the Impressum. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What you buy

Ranks and Clovers are digital goods and licences to use features on the FoldGrove server. They are not Minecraft products, are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft, and have no cash value. Clovers cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. A purchase belongs to the Minecraft account (username) entered at checkout; please double-check it, we cannot move a purchase to another account.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card or account details. An order is complete once the payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Digital goods are delivered automatically after payment, usually within seconds. If you are online, type /check-purchases. If you have never joined the server, the purchase waits and is applied the first time you join with that username. If something does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Delivery starts immediately after payment. By ordering you agree to this and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered. We do not refund delivered purchases, except where the law requires it or where we failed to deliver. If something went wrong, contact us before opening a dispute.

6. Chargebacks and abuse

A chargeback or payment dispute for a delivered purchase, or the use of a stolen payment method, results in the removal of the purchased items and a permanent ban.

7. Server rules

Purchases do not exempt you from the server rules. If an account is banned for breaking the rules, no refund or compensation is due.

8. Changes

FoldGrove is a live game. We may balance, rename or improve perks, prices and features, and add new ones. If the server closes permanently, purchases end with it, and we will announce this in advance.

9. Age

If you are under 18 you need the permission of a parent or guardian to buy anything here.

10. Liability

The server is provided as is. We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and harm to life, body or health, and as the law requires; otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the affected purchase.
